Setup is invisible by 9 AM. For most corporate bookings, our team arrives 6:30–8:00 AM, completes setup before staff filter in, and clears tools and packaging completely before opening hours. For after-hours setups (annual day evenings, festival celebrations), we work post-7 PM and finish before next morning.
Coordination runs through your facilities or admin team. We loop in your point of contact, share setup photos for approval, and coordinate any building-access requirements (security passes, elevator clearance, parking permits) ahead of time. No surprise delays at the gate.
