We decorate homes all over Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, for every kind of celebration. Balloon decoration starts from ₹1,499, and the price you see covers the material, the setup and the decorator's travel. Book two to three hours before your slot and we can often come the same day.

Why Pune Chooses Giftlaya for Balloon Decoration

• Skilled local decorators. Our Pune team does balloon work every day. Arches come out even, backdrops stand straight, and wires and tape stay out of sight.
• A decorator from your side of town. We assign someone who lives nearby, whether you are in Kothrud or Kharadi, so they reach on time.
• Clear pricing. The checkout total is the amount you pay, with no visit fee on top. Pay online in full, or book a home setup with half now and the other half after the decoration is up.
• Care for your home. We stick balloons with paper tape only, with no nails, glue or drilling, and we leave the room clean.
• We make it right. If anything is off, let us know within two hours of the setup and we will correct it.

How Much Does Balloon Decoration Cost in Pune?

The price depends on the size of the setup, not on the occasion. As a guide:

• ₹1,499 to ₹2,000: one balloon wall in two colours with a banner. Perfect for a small room or a family get-together.
• ₹2,000 to ₹3,000: a full photo backdrop with a ring or sequin panel, a foil name or age, and fairy lights.
• ₹3,000 to ₹4,500: theme setups with cut-outs, and larger arches around a door or a corner.
• ₹4,500 to ₹7,000: milestone and premium setups with props and a styled photo spot.
• ₹7,000 and more: society hall and clubhouse setups, and designs made to your idea.

A small convenience fee shows up at checkout, before you pay, to cover online payment.

Balloon Decoration for Ganpati and Festivals at Home

Ganeshotsav is Pune's biggest home celebration, and a balloon backdrop behind the Ganpati corner is a quick, clean way to dress it. We build it in festive colours like marigold orange, yellow, green and gold around the spot where the idol sits, and leave the front open for the aarti and the offerings. Slots in the days just before Ganesh Chaturthi fill up fast, so book as early as you can.

One safety note for any festival: keep lit diyas, candles and incense at least an arm's length from the balloons. Heat makes balloons burst, and it is not safe to have them close to a flame.

Can I Get Same-Day Balloon Decoration in Pune?

In most cases, yes. Book two to three hours before your slot, and pick any two-hour window between 9 AM and 11 PM. A booking made in the morning can be ready the same afternoon. For a surprise at midnight, choose 9 PM to 11 PM so everything is done before the date changes.

Weekends are the busiest, so reserve a Saturday or Sunday evening a few days ahead. In the monsoon months, plan the setup indoors, because Pune's heavy rain and wind are hard on balcony and terrace decorations.

Can You Decorate a Rented Flat or a PG Room?

A rented flat is no problem at all. We only use paper tape, so there are no marks, holes or glue left for the landlord to find. Peel the tape off slowly after the party, and if a piece is stuck, warm it with a hair dryer for a few seconds.

A PG or hostel room is different. Many PGs in Pune have rules about visitors and decorations, so take the owner's or warden's permission first and tell us. If the room is very small, a single balloon cluster with a name foil and lights often looks better than a full wall.

Areas We Cover in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad

We send decorators across the whole city and PCMC. That includes Kothrud, Karve Nagar, Warje, Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Pashan, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Ravet and Nigdi in the west and north. In the east and south we cover Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Kharadi, Wagholi, Hadapsar, Magarpatta, Kondhwa, NIBM, Undri and Katraj, along with Shivajinagar, Deccan and Camp in the centre.

In a gated society, share the building, flat number and the security desk's number in your order notes, and approve our decorator as a visitor if your society uses a gate app.

How Our Balloon Decoration Service Works, Start to Finish

Booking: choose a design, a date and a slot, and pay online, either everything now or half now and half after the setup. Our decorator then calls you to confirm the colours, the wall and any name or number for the backdrop.

Getting ready: clear the wall and move furniture away from it. Keep a chair handy, or a ladder if your ceiling is over ten feet, and make sure a plug point or an extension cord is close by for the lights.

The setup: one decorator comes for most homes, two for a hall. A simple wall takes around 45 minutes and a full backdrop up to 90. Each design photo is a setup our own team built. If a colour is unavailable on the day, the decorator checks with you before starting, and shows you the finished work before leaving.

After the party: the balloons are yours. We collect the rented stands, frames and props the next day. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel more than seven days ahead.
