For an inauguration, our decorator builds a balloon arch or a flower entrance at the door, sets a ribbon ready to be cut, puts a Grand Opening or company-name backdrop inside, and dresses the reception with garlands for the puja. Can the Decorator Set Up Before Office Hours or After Closing?

Yes, and that is how most offices book us. Choose an early-morning slot and our decorator arrives before the first employee, or an evening slot after closing so the office is ready the next morning; our two-hour slots run from 9 AM to 11 PM, and for a 7 AM setup, message us when you book and we confirm the timing on the call. Put the security desk's number, the floor and any lobby or lift rules in the order notes. Nothing is drilled or taped to painted walls or glass: our arches stand on weighted bases, our garlands hang from existing fixtures and we use only damage-free tape.

What Is Included in Our Office Decoration Packages?

Everything shown in the design photo: the balloons, garlands, lanterns, diyas or flowers, the backdrop and stands, the banner with the company name or the person's name, fairy lights where pictured, our decorator's travel, the setup and the clean-up of packaging. Larger balloon builds for a hall or an atrium are in our balloon decoration range. A cake for the team from our cakes, flowers for the reception and corporate gifts can be added to the same order and arrive with our decorator.
