Setup Day, Step by Step

Clear the chosen wall and move furniture away from it. Keep a chair or a ladder, and a working plug point or extension cord near the wall for the lights. For a hotel room, get the hotel's go-ahead first.

Our decorator arrives with ID, usually alone for a flat and with a helper for a hall. They build in 45 to 90 minutes and show you the result before leaving. Each design photo on our site is our own team's work, so the layout and lights will match; if a particular shade is out of stock, you get a call before anything goes up.

The balloons are yours to keep, and we pick up the rented frames and props the next day. Take the paper tape off gently after the party, using a hair dryer on any stubborn piece.
