Balloon Decoration in Ahmedabad at Home - Birthdays & All Occasions

Balloon Decoration at Home in Ahmedabad, Planned Around Your Celebration

Whether it is a small birthday dinner in a Maninagar flat or a family function in a Bodakdev bungalow, Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Ahmedabad works the same simple way. You choose a design online and a two-hour time slot. Our decorator reaches your home with the balloons, backdrop, stand and lights for that design, puts it all up, and clears away the packing before leaving.

Setups in Ahmedabad start from ₹1,699. That price includes the material, the decorator's time and their travel. Most designs need two to three hours' notice, so a same-day booking usually works.

What Makes Giftlaya's Balloon Decorators in Ahmedabad Different?

• They do this every day. Balloon setups are our decorators' daily work, and it shows in straight backdrops, full arches and hidden wiring.
• They live near you. We send someone from your part of the city, so SG Highway traffic does not push your slot back.
• They never ask for extra. The price at checkout is complete. You can pay it all online, or, for a home setup, pay half first and the remainder once the decoration is ready.
• They protect your home. Balloons are held with paper tape. Nothing is nailed, glued or drilled.
• They fix what is wrong. Point out a problem within two hours of the setup, and we will correct it.

Balloon Decoration for Birthdays, Simant, Chhathi and Every Other Occasion

We decorate for any celebration in Ahmedabad:

• Birthdays, from a baby's first to a parent's 60th, including surprise setups while the birthday person is out. Our birthday decoration in Ahmedabad adds setups with lights and flowers.
• Children's parties in their favourite character's colours, with cut-outs, from our kids birthday decoration.
• Simant and baby showers, with a soft backdrop behind the mother-to-be's seat and room left for the rituals. Our baby shower decoration in Ahmedabad has more setups.
• A new baby's arrival and the Chhathi, with our baby welcome decoration in Ahmedabad and naming ceremony decoration.
• Anniversaries, proposals and weddings, including the first night room.
• Office parties and festivals, from Diwali and Bestu Varas to Christmas and New Year, through our festival decoration.

What Are the Balloon Decoration Charges in Ahmedabad?

The charge grows with the size of the setup, not with the occasion:

• ₹1,699 to ₹2,000: a neat wall of balloons in two colours, plus a banner.
• ₹2,000 to ₹3,000: a party backdrop with a ring or sequin panel, a foil name or number, and fairy lights.
• ₹3,000 to ₹4,500: children's theme setups and full arches.
• ₹4,500 to ₹7,000: big-birthday and premium setups, with props and a spot for photos.
• ₹7,000 and above: bungalow, hall and made-to-order setups.

At checkout you will see a small convenience fee that covers online payment charges. There is no separate visiting charge.

Uttarayan, Navratri and Diwali: Planning Around Festival Days

Ahmedabad's festivals change how you should plan. On Uttarayan, terraces are full of kite flyers, the wind is up, and kite string slices through balloons in seconds, so keep any balloon setup indoors that week. During Navratri, roads near the garba grounds get crowded late in the evening, so an earlier slot is safer. For Diwali and Bestu Varas, book a few days ahead and keep lit diyas well away from the balloons.

Summer needs care too. From April to June, keep the setup indoors and out of direct sun, which fades balloons and makes them burst in the afternoon heat.

Bungalows, Apartments and Old City Homes

Ahmedabad homes vary a lot, and we plan for each. A bungalow in Bodakdev, Thaltej or Satellite often has a double-height hall. There, a bigger backdrop looks right, and you will need a ladder, because a chair will not reach the top. In an apartment on SG Highway or in Bopal, share the tower, the flat number and the security desk's number, and approve our decorator as a visitor. For a home in one of the old city pols, where cars cannot enter, send a landmark and we will walk the material in.

Row-house societies are common in Ahmedabad, and the society's common plot is a favourite spot for a children's party. Take the society secretary's permission first, tell us where the nearest power point is, and we will build the setup there instead of inside the house.

Can We Book Balloon Decoration for Today in Ahmedabad?

Usually, yes. Place the booking two to three hours ahead of the time you need. Slots run in two-hour windows between 9 AM and 11 PM, and 9 PM to 11 PM works for a birthday that starts at midnight. Weekend evenings are popular, so book them a few days early.

Where in Ahmedabad Do You Decorate?

Across the city. In the west, we cover Satellite, Vastrapur, Bodakdev, Thaltej, Prahlad Nagar, SG Highway, Bopal, South Bopal, Shela, Gota, Science City and Ghatlodia. In the centre and north, we reach Navrangpura, Naranpura, Paldi, Ellisbridge, Ashram Road, Chandkheda and Motera. In the east and south, we go to Maninagar, Nikol, Naroda, Vastral, Isanpur and Ghodasar.

What to Expect From Booking to Clean-Up

Before we arrive, clear the wall you want decorated, keep a chair or ladder, and check there is a plug point or extension cord close by for the lights. If you have booked a hotel room for the surprise, ask the hotel to allow the decorator in.

On the day, one decorator comes for most homes and two for a large hall. The photos on our site are setups our own team has built. If a colour is unavailable, the decorator phones you before starting and suggests the nearest match. When the work is done, they show you the result before they go.

The balloons are yours afterwards, and we come back for the rented stands and props the next day. Remove the paper tape slowly, using a little warm air from a hair dryer if a piece sticks.
