Balloon Bouquet Delivery - Helium Balloons & Hampers

A Balloon Bouquet Sits Somewhere Between a Flower Bouquet and a Full Decoration

Most gifts have one job. A bouquet brightens someone's afternoon. A cake gets eaten. A card gets read once and tucked away. A balloon bouquet does something different. It arrives, it photographs beautifully, it stays in the room for days, and it turns whatever space it's standing in into the celebration zone.

That's the appeal. Bigger than a regular bouquet, easier to send than a full balloon decoration, hard to ignore the moment someone walks in. A 12 to 30 balloon arrangement clustered together with ribbons, often with a personalized message balloon as the centerpiece, sometimes with chrome metallic balloons, sometimes with character or theme balloons. The whole thing looks like a curated installation instead of a casual gift.

What's Actually in a Balloon Bouquet

This is the part most websites skip. Worth knowing before you order.

A standard balloon bouquet contains 12 to 20 inflated balloons in your chosen color palette, secured at the base, anchored with ribbon and a small weight, and finished with a centerpiece (a printed "Happy Birthday" foil balloon, a heart-shaped balloon, or a custom name/message balloon). Premium bouquets include 25 to 40 balloons, chrome metallic accents (the gold, silver, and rose gold balloons that photograph beautifully), foil character balloons (Mickey, Spiderman, Barbie, Cocomelon), and theme-specific accessories.

For air-filled balloon bouquets, the arrangement stays intact for 5 to 10 days indoors. Helium balloon bouquets float for 12 to 24 hours and are the right pick for events and same-day photo moments. Most bouquets ordered for delivery use a mix - chrome and foil balloons inflated with air for staying power, with a few helium balloons for that "floating" centerpiece effect.

Customization usually includes name lettering on the centerpiece balloon, age numbers (1, 18, 21, 25, 30, 50), photo prints on the central balloon, and themed packaging. Most personalized orders need 4 to 6 hours of lead time.

Balloon Bouquet Price Guide

Common bouquets by budget and occasion:

Travel within city limits is generally included. Most bookings fall between ₹1,099 and ₹2,099.

Best Occasions for a Balloon Bouquet

Birthdays are the most common booking by far. Kids' birthdays use character and theme balloons (Cocomelon, Paw Patrol, Spiderman, Barbie, princess, dinosaur). Adult birthdays lean towards chrome metallic palettes (black and gold, rose gold, royal blue with silver). Number balloons for milestones (1, 18, 21, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60) are nearly universal. Pair the bouquet with a photo cake and a fresh flower bouquet for the full surprise.

Anniversaries lend themselves to heart-shaped balloons, "I Love You" foil centerpieces, and red-white or rose gold palettes. Pair with a red rose bouquet and a red velvet cake for a complete moment.

Baby showers and welcome baby moments use pastel palettes (baby pink, baby blue, mint, peach) with "It's a Boy", "It's a Girl", or "Welcome Baby" centerpieces.

Office surprises - colleague birthdays, work anniversaries, promotion celebrations, farewells - typically use compact 12 to 18 balloon bouquets that fit on a desk. Bundle with a cake delivered to the office for the full effect.

Proposals use a single dramatic balloon centerpiece with rose petal scatter and a hidden ring. Pair with our full proposal decoration line for a complete proposal setup.

Get-well-soon and "thinking of you" moments use cheerful, soft balloon palettes with smiley face balloons and warm message centerpieces.

Congratulations for promotions, exam results, new jobs, and engagements use celebratory palettes with "Congrats!" centerpieces and confetti balloons.

Personalized and Custom Balloon Bouquets

The customization that lands hardest:

Number balloons for milestone birthdays. The "30" balloon for a 30th birthday. The "1" balloon for a first birthday. The "50" balloon for a parent's milestone. These are nearly always the most-photographed element of the bouquet.

Name and message lettering on the centerpiece balloon. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIYA". "MARRY ME ANJALI". "CONGRATS DAD". "WELCOME HOME". The personalization that turns a generic bouquet into a specific moment.

Photo balloons print any photo onto the center balloon - a couple photo, a baby photo, a wedding picture, a pet photo. Most-loved for milestone birthdays and anniversaries.

Theme matching with the recipient's favorite character, sports team, hobby, or color palette. Send a reference photo at booking and the team builds the bouquet around it.

Bundled with photo printing - small printed photos hung from the ribbons of the bouquet. Memorable for relationship anniversaries and parents' milestone birthdays.

Balloon Bouquet + Cake + Flowers - The Complete Surprise

Most balloon bouquet bookings don't stand alone. The most-loved combinations:

• Anniversary heart bouquet + red velvet cake + red roses for romantic surprises

• Number balloon bouquet + theme cake + chocolate hamper for milestone birthdays

• Character balloon bouquet + photo cake + personalized gift for kids
