What is a balloon bouquet?
A balloon bouquet is a tied-up cluster of 12 to 40 balloons in a chosen color palette, anchored at the base with a weight, finished with ribbons and a personalized centerpiece balloon (with a name, message, age number, or photo). It works as a stand-alone gift or as part of a full birthday or anniversary surprise.
How much does a balloon bouquet cost?
Balloon bouquets start at ₹899 for simple arrangements. Personalized name/photo bouquets start at ₹1,299. Premium chrome and character bouquets start at ₹1,799. Most bookings fall between ₹1,099 and ₹2,099.
Can I send a balloon bouquet to someone's office?
Yes. Office delivery is available across most Indian cities. Compact 12 to 18 balloon bouquets fit comfortably on a desk. Share the office address and a delivery time at booking - 11 AM to 4 PM works best.
Can I get a same day or midnight balloon bouquet?
Yes. Same day delivery is available in most cities, with most orders completing within 2 to 4 hours. Midnight delivery arrives between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM - book before 8 PM the same day to confirm the slot.
Which cities do you cover for balloon bouquet delivery?
Balloon bouquet delivery is available across 100+ Indian cities including all metros, tier-1 cities, and most tier-2 cities. Same day, express, and midnight delivery options are available based on city.

Once Booked the Candle Light Slot cannot be changed.
All Slots are Available on 1st Come 1st Serve Basis.
Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
Outside Food is Not allowed.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place.

Upon receiving your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle for better water absorption.
Regularly remove any dead or wilting leaves and stems to maintain freshness.
Refresh the water every 1-2 days to prevent bacterial growth.
Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
