Cancellation Policy
- For regular cake orders, a minimum of 2-day prior notice is required for cancellations. For large or special cakes, a minimum of 4-days prior notice is required. No refunds will be issued once the 24-hour delivery window begins.
- To request a cancellation, send an email to cancellation@giftlaya.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”, including Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds are applicable in the following cases: If the order was cancelled on time / the order was not delivered (except when the recipient is unavailable) or valid product quality complaints, following verification, will result in either a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are only granted in cases of service failure and are subject to management's evaluation. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid.
- No refunds are available for discounted or exempted amounts.
- Any additional amount credited to Giftlaya may be used for order enhancements but will not be refunded.
- Refunds will not be issued if the receiver denies accepting the order.

Rescheduling is allowed if informed 5 hours before the setup begins. Once the decoration is underway, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.
5. Do I need to provide any tools for the setup?
We may require a stool or ladder to reach higher areas, especially for ceiling decorations. With stool or ladder , please also provide extension cords and power points.
6. What if there’s an issue with the decoration after it's completed?
Any complaints must be raised within 2 hours of the completion of the decoration for us to take appropriate action.
7. Can the decoration be delivered along with other products like flowers or cakes?
Yes , definitely you can add any items with the decoration from our "Add-on" option , while booking any decoration services.
