The decorator calls you, never them, to confirm colours and details, arrives while they are out, finishes in 60 to 90 minutes and leaves with all the packaging. One strong photo wall instead of balloons everywhere. A two-colour balloon wall or half-arch on the widest plain wall, a banner, and fairy lights is enough, and it costs ₹1,499 to ₹1,999.
