1. Flower arrangements shown on our website are indicative. We do our best to give a better result than shown. It may be possible that the actual arrangement varies due to the availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

2. The cake designs shown on our website are indicative. We do our best to give a better result than shown. It may be possible that the actual design varies. We offer handcrafted cakes as our chef has his/her way of baking and designing a cake, therefore it might be slightly varied in the product look and design.

3. If ordered flowers/Plants/cakes/fruits/sweets are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers/Plants/cakes/fruits/sweets of equal value according to our substitution policy.

4. In the case of flowers, cakes, fruits & sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However, we always try to make an appointment over the phone before delivery.

5. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get a 100% refund of your money.

6. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for a 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.

7. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

8. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court, India only.

9. In the case of Teddy Bear, Colour and look may change depending on the availability of the local store. 

10. Order place after 4 PM, please connect with our customer care executive for same-day delivery. For a small city, you have to place an order at least one day before.

11. In case Ferrero Rocher is not available in that city, we will deliver a Cadbury celebration or other available chocolate. 

12. The prices quoted on our website are for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In the case of Perishable Items may attract an extra delivery charge between Rs.100 to Rs 500. We will send a link for you to pay this extra delivery charge if required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order and assure delivery on the required date.

13. Orders received after 4 PM IST shall normally be processed as next-day orders but we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after the placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.

14. We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

17. Premises locked.

18. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.

19. The recipient refused the products.

20. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor
