Balloon Decoration in Chandigarh at Home - Mohali & Panchkula Too

Balloon Decoration at Home Across the Chandigarh Tricity

From a sector kothi in Chandigarh to a flat in a Mohali phase or a Zirakpur society, Giftlaya's balloon decoration service reaches homes across the Tricity. You choose a design on our website and a two-hour slot that suits you. A trained decorator then brings the balloons, backdrop, stand and lights for that design to your door, builds the whole thing, and clears the packing before leaving.

Our setups in the Tricity start from ₹1,499, and the price includes material, labour and travel. Book two to three hours ahead of your chosen slot and a same-day visit is usually possible.

Why Tricity Families Choose Giftlaya's Decorators

• Trained and regular. The same decorators work with us through the year, so arches come out full, colours sit evenly and nothing looks rushed.
• Local to each city. We send a decorator from Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula depending on where you are, so no one drives across the Tricity in peak traffic.
• A single, upfront price. The checkout amount is final. Pay it fully online, or book a home setup with half and pay the rest when the work is done, with nothing more asked at your door.
• Safe for your walls. We hang balloons with paper tape and never use nails, glue or a drill.
• Quick to put things right. Mention any issue within two hours of the setup and we will fix it.

• Birthdays, for a toddler, a teenager or a grandparent, and late-night surprises for a partner, with ideas in our birthday decoration.
• Kids' parties, in the colours of their favourite show, with cut-outs, from our kids birthday decoration.
• A baby's arrival, with a welcome at the door through our baby welcome decoration, and the naming ceremony after it.

• Anniversaries, proposals and weddings, including a soft setup for the first night.
• Festivals and office parties, from Lohri and Diwali to Christmas and New Year, through our festival decoration.

What Does a Balloon Setup Cost in Chandigarh?

The size of the setup sets the price. Here is a quick guide:

• ₹1,499 to ₹2,000: one balloon wall in two colours with a banner, good for a family get-together.
• ₹2,000 to ₹3,000: a party backdrop with a ring or sequin panel, foil letters and fairy lights.
• ₹3,000 to ₹4,500: character themes for kids and fuller arches.
• ₹4,500 to ₹7,000: premium setups for a 25th, 50th or 60th, with props.
• ₹7,000 and up: lawn, banquet and custom work.

A small convenience fee appears at checkout, and there is nothing extra for the visit.

First Lohri Celebrations for a Baby or a New Couple

A baby's first Lohri, or the first Lohri after a wedding, is one of the biggest family parties of the year in the Tricity. We build a "Baby's First Lohri" or "Happy Lohri" backdrop with the name, in warm colours like red, yellow and gold, where the family photos are taken. The one rule is distance from the fire: we set the balloons indoors or on the far side of the lawn, well away from the bonfire, because heat and sparks burst balloons. Lohri falls in mid-January, and weekend evenings around it fill quickly, so book early.

Kothis, Lawns and Tricity Societies

Many Chandigarh homes are kothis, often with a different family on each floor and a separate staircase for the upper floors. Tell us which floor you are on and which entrance to use. A ground-floor drawing room in an older kothi often has a high ceiling, and there a full backdrop with an arch looks better than a single balloon wall. A kothi with a front lawn is perfect for an evening party from October to February; from May to June, the sun is too strong for balloons outdoors, so keep the setup inside.

In the high-rise societies of Mohali, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh, share the tower and flat number and approve our decorator on your gate app. If your ceiling is higher than ten feet, as it is in many older kothis, keep a ladder ready.

Booking at Short Notice in Chandigarh

Most days, we can decorate the same day. We need a gap of two to three hours between your booking and the slot, and you can choose any two-hour window from 9 AM to 11 PM. If the birthday begins at midnight, the last slot of the night, 9 PM to 11 PM, is the one to pick. Winter weekends are the busiest, so plan those a few days ahead.

Sectors, Phases and Areas We Cover

We decorate across Chandigarh's sectors, from Sector 7, 8 and 9 to Sector 22, 34, 35, 44 and the southern sectors, plus Manimajra. In Mohali, we cover Phase 1 to 11, Sector 70, 71 and the newer sectors along the Airport Road. In Panchkula, we go to Sector 2 to 21 and beyond. We also reach Zirakpur, Kharar and New Chandigarh. Tricity addresses work by house number plus sector or phase, so write both in the order notes, for example House 1234, Sector 21, and add a landmark.

How We Work, From Your Door to the Last Balloon

Getting ready: clear the wall, keep a chair for the decorator to stand on, and make sure a plug point or extension cord reaches the wall for the lights. For a surprise in a hotel, get the hotel's approval.

The setup: one decorator comes for a home, two for a lawn or banquet. Our photos show setups our own team built. If a colour is not available on the day, the decorator asks you to pick the closest one before starting, and shows you the finished work before leaving.

Afterwards: the balloons stay with you, and we pick up the rented frames and props the next day. Peel the paper tape off gently, and use a hair dryer on any strip that sticks.

Book Your Chandigarh Balloon Decorator

Pick a design, a date and a slot, and pay online, the full price or a 50% advance. Before the day, our decorator calls to confirm the colours, the wall and the name or age for the backdrop. Add a cake or flowers to the same order so everything comes together. Not sure what fits your space? WhatsApp us a photo and our Tricity team will help.
