Birthday Decoration at Home in Ghaziabad - Themes & Car Surprises

Birthday Decoration in Ghaziabad, Handled End to End

Birthdays in Ghaziabad are often family affairs, with parents, in-laws, cousins and neighbours dropping in, and the room should be ready before the first of them rings the bell. Giftlaya makes that easy, which is why we call ours the best birthday decoration in Ghaziabad: pick a design and a slot online, and our decorator comes with the full kit for that design, puts it together and clears away the packing.

Designs in Ghaziabad cost from ₹1,499 and include the decorator's visit and every item shown in the design. Most need no more than two to three hours' warning, so same-day plans are usually fine.

Birthday Setups for Every Member of the Family

• The little ones: Boss Baby, Baby Shark, Cocomelon, dinosaurs, an astronaut or an animal parade, through our kids birthday decoration.
• Turning one: a butterfly pastel ring or a soft balloon arch, with more in our baby boy's first birthday and baby girl's first birthday ranges.
• Your wife or husband: a golden room with balloons across the bed, a room in pink with a dozen heart foils, a love wall, or a decorated car with your photos. Look through our birthday decoration ideas for a wife or a husband.
• 21st, 25th and 30th: a 21st arch, a round custom backdrop for a 30th, or a neon-lit ring with its own cake table.
• A parent's 50th: a round backdrop lit by a neon sign, with the age in LED, or the full 50th sequin setup with champagne, cheers and age foils and a decorated entrance.
• An evening for two: a canopy with lights and rose petals.

Planning a Surprise in a Joint Family Home

In many Ghaziabad homes, three generations live under one roof, and a surprise for your spouse goes smoother when the rest of the house is in on it. Tell the elders the plan a day ahead, so nobody is startled when a decorator arrives, and ask one of them to let our decorator in if you will be out with the birthday person. Decorate your own room, or a corner of the drawing room the family agrees on, in colours everyone will enjoy in the photos.

A full house also makes a child's birthday easier. Grandparents can keep the birthday child busy in another room while the setup goes up, and there are plenty of hands to carry in the cake when it is time.

A Decorated Car for a Birthday Surprise

Not every surprise has to be at home. Our car decorations dress the boot with a Happy Birthday bunting, balloons and heart or love foils, and some designs add a set of your personalised photos, so the birthday person finds it when they walk down to the parking or open the boot. It suits a husband or wife, a sibling who has just bought a car, or a friend you are taking out for the evening.

Park the car where our decorator can reach it, in your society parking or outside the house, and leave the key with someone who can open it for the decorator. Keep the car in the shade, because a closed car in the summer sun turns into an oven and the balloons will not last, and reveal the surprise within a few hours. Never drive with balloons blocking the rear window.

Giftlaya's Promise to Ghaziabad Families

• Neat, confident work. Birthday setups are routine for our decorators, so balloons are sized evenly and wires stay out of sight.
• Your details, agreed. Before the day, we ring to agree the colour scheme and the name going up.
• A fixed price. The design price covers every item in it, plus travel and the setup.
• Walls left clean. Only paper tape goes up, and it peels away after the party.
• Two-hour support. If anything needs attention, you have two hours from the setup to tell us, and we will make it right.

Booking a Same-Day Birthday Setup in Ghaziabad

Our decorators work from 9 in the morning until 11 at night, in two-hour slots, or three-hour ones for designs above ₹12,000. A midnight surprise goes in the final slot, 9 PM to 11 PM. Weekend evenings fill first.

Two stretches of the year need a morning slot and extra time. During the Kanwar Yatra in Sawan, the Delhi-Meerut Road and the roads around it are closed or diverted for days, and in the Navratri and Dussehra evenings, the streets around the Kavi Nagar Ramlila ground are packed.

Ghaziabad Neighbourhoods Our Decorators Reach

On the Delhi side of the Hindon, we decorate in Indirapuram, Niti Khand, Ahinsa Khand, Shipra Suncity, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Vasundhara and Sahibabad. In the older city, we cover Raj Nagar, Kavi Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Lohia Nagar, Govindpuram and Vijay Nagar, and further out, Raj Nagar Extension, Crossings Republik, Siddharth Vihar, Pratap Vihar, Wave City, Mohan Nagar and Loni. A tower and flat number, or a house number, plus a landmark, will get our decorator to your door.

On the Day: Your Checklist

Clear one wall and pull the furniture away. Keep a chair for our decorator (a ladder if the ceiling rises above ten feet), and make sure the lights can reach a power point, directly or through an extension cord. If the surprise is in a hotel, get the hotel's approval before the day.

Most homes are finished within an hour and a half, while the sequin and canopy setups need more time. The balloons are yours after the party, and someone from our team comes by the next day to take back the rented frames and props. When you take the paper tape down, go slowly; a hair dryer on low heat loosens the stubborn bits.
