Choose a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator comes with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, builds everything and leaves with the packing.

Reasons to Book Giftlaya's Decorators in Ghaziabad

• Specialists, not part-timers. Our decorators work on balloon setups every day, and it shows in straight lines, even colours and hidden fixings.
• The right side of the river. We send a decorator from your side of the Hindon, so an Indirapuram booking is not held up by a trip across the city.
• A price with no extras. Everything, from tape and stands to lights, travel and labour, is inside the checkout total. Pay it all online, or confirm a home setup with 50% and give our team the rest when the decoration is finished.
• Walls stay as they were. Balloons are held up with paper tape, not nails, glue or a drill.
• Fixes within hours. Spot a problem within two hours of the setup, call us, and we will put it right.

Karva Chauth and Anniversary Surprises

Karva Chauth is one of the busiest evenings of the year in Ghaziabad homes. After a day of fasting, coming home to a room of red and gold balloons, warm lights and hearts makes the moonrise feel even more special. Book a slot that ends before your partner is back from the evening puja, and give us the number of a family member who can let our decorator in. Most couples choose a setup around the bed or a sofa corner, with a small table left free for the thali, the sieve and the diya, kept at a safe distance from the balloons. Karva Chauth falls in October or November, and evening slots on the day fill up early, so book a few days ahead.

The same romantic setup works for a wedding anniversary or a couple's first anniversary; add the names and the date to the backdrop.

Indirapuram to Raj Nagar Extension: Reaching You on Time

Ghaziabad is split by the Hindon. Trans-Hindon areas like Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi and Vasundhara sit close to the Delhi border, while the older city, with Raj Nagar, Kavi Nagar and Govindpuram, lies across the river, and newer belts like Raj Nagar Extension and Crossings Republik have grown around it. Evening traffic on NH-9 and around the Hindon bridges can be heavy, so for a surprise, pick a slot that finishes with time to spare. In the large societies, write the tower, flat number and gate, and let the security desk know we are coming.

Same-Day Setups in Ghaziabad

Most days, yes. Leave two to three hours between booking and the slot. We decorate from 9 AM to 11 PM, in two-hour slots for most designs and three-hour slots for the largest. For a birthday at midnight, the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the one. Saturday and Sunday evenings are the first to go, so plan those in advance. In December and January, morning fog can slow the roads, and in May and June the setup is best kept indoors.

Ghaziabad Areas Our Decorators Serve

We cover Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Vasundhara, Sahibabad, Shalimar Garden, Raj Nagar, Raj Nagar Extension, Kavi Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Nehru Nagar, Lohia Nagar, Govindpuram, Vijay Nagar, Pratap Vihar, Siddharth Vihar, Crossings Republik, Mohan Nagar, Loni and Wave City. If your address is on the Noida or Delhi border and you are unsure which city to pick, WhatsApp us the location.

How the Setup Goes

Please keep ready: an empty wall with furniture pulled away, a chair for our decorator, or a ladder for a ceiling over ten feet, and a socket or extension cord near the wall for the lights. For a hotel room surprise, the hotel's permission is needed first.

While we are there: one decorator for most flats and houses, two for a larger venue. A wall takes around 45 minutes, and a full backdrop can take an hour and a half. If a colour has run out, our decorator phones you to choose a substitute before starting, then shows you the result.

After it is over: the balloons are yours, and our team comes back for the rented frames and props the next day. Pull the paper tape off slowly, and warm any stubborn strip with a hair dryer.
