Balloon Decoration in Vizag (Visakhapatnam) - Birthdays at Home

Balloon Decoration in Vizag, From MVP Colony to Gajuwaka

A first birthday in a Madhurawada apartment, a Barasala in a Seethammadhara home, an anniversary surprise in a sea-facing flat on Beach Road: Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Visakhapatnam takes care of all of them. You choose a design and a time slot online. A trained decorator comes with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, builds the setup in your home and leaves with all the packing.

Vizag setups start from ₹1,499, and the price covers the material, labour and travel. Book two to three hours in advance and we can usually decorate the same day.

Why Vizag Families Pick Giftlaya's Balloon Decorators

• Trained for balloon work. Our decorators put up setups every day, so the colours sit in neat rows, the arch holds its shape and no wires hang loose.
• Near your home. We assign a decorator working close to you, so a booking in Gajuwaka or Pendurthi does not wait on someone crossing from Madhurawada.
• Pricing you can trust. The checkout amount already includes tape, stands, lights, travel and labour. Pay it fully online, or book a home setup with 50% and hand over the rest once it is finished.
• Gentle on walls. Paper tape holds the balloons, and we never use nails, glue or a drill.
• Help when you need it. Let us know about any problem within two hours of the setup and we will correct it.

Pick a budget, and this is what it buys:

• ₹1,499 to ₹2,000: a simple wall of balloons in two colours, with a banner.
• ₹2,000 to ₹3,000: a complete backdrop with a ring or sequin panel, foil letters and fairy lights.
• ₹3,000 to ₹4,500: children's themes and fuller arches.
• ₹4,500 to ₹7,000: Barasala, Annaprasana and milestone setups with props.
• ₹7,000 and above: function hall and custom designs.

At checkout you will also see a small convenience fee, and that is the only addition to the design price.

Barasala, Annaprasana and Half-Saree Functions at Home

Telugu family functions are some of the most photographed days in a Vizag home. For a Barasala, when the baby is named and placed in the cradle, we decorate around the cradle with soft pastel balloons and a board with the baby's name. For an Annaprasana, the baby's first taste of rice, we build a small backdrop behind the seat, low enough for close photos with the baby. For a half-saree function, we set up a bright backdrop with the girl's name, where relatives line up for photos.

In every case we keep the space in front clear for the pooja and the elders. Tell us the muhurtham when you book, and pick a slot that ends at least an hour before it, so the family can get ready without rushing.

Sea Breeze, Humidity and Cyclone Season in Vizag

Vizag is warm and humid for most of the year, so balloons do best indoors, in a room with a fan or AC. Sea-facing flats along Beach Road, Lawsons Bay and Rushikonda catch a strong evening breeze, so we keep balcony setups small and firmly tied, or bring them inside. From October to December, the coast sees cyclone warnings from time to time; if one is issued for your date, our team will call you to agree a safer time. In the hot months from April to June, keep the setup away from sunny windows.

Need Balloon Decoration Today in Vizag?

Yes, on most days. Leave two to three hours between the booking and your slot. The slots cover 9 AM to 11 PM; most are two hours, and the biggest designs get three. For a surprise at midnight, the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the one to take. Weekend evenings and the Sankranti and Diwali weeks fill up early, so book those ahead.

Vizag Areas Our Decorators Visit

We decorate across Visakhapatnam, including MVP Colony, Siripuram, Dwaraka Nagar, Asilmetta, Seethammadhara, Akkayyapalem, Maddilapalem, Pedda Waltair, Lawsons Bay Colony, Beach Road, Rushikonda, Sagar Nagar, Yendada, Madhurawada, PM Palem, Kommadi, Visalakshi Nagar, Daba Gardens, Ram Nagar, Allipuram, Old Town, Kancharapalem, NAD Junction, Gopalapatnam, Marripalem, Pendurthi, Gajuwaka, Malkapuram and Sheela Nagar. For homes inside naval areas, arrange a gate pass for our decorator before the slot.

How the Day of Your Balloon Setup Goes

Before we arrive: clear the wall, move furniture out of the way, and keep a chair for our decorator, or a ladder if your ceiling is above ten feet. Make sure a plug point or an extension cord reaches the wall. For a hotel room, the hotel's permission is needed first.

While we build: one decorator handles most homes, and two come for a function hall. Most walls are finished in about 45 minutes; a full backdrop can take up to 90. If a colour is short on the day, our decorator calls you to choose the nearest one before starting, and shows you the finished setup before leaving.

After the function: the balloons are yours to keep, and our team picks up the rented frames and props the next day. Take the paper tape off slowly, using a hair dryer on any piece that sticks.

Book Your Vizag Balloon Decorator

Choose a design, a date and a slot, and pay online in one go, or half now if it is a home setup. A day before, our decorator calls to go through the colours, the wall and the name or age you want on the backdrop. Add a cake or flowers to the same order and they arrive with the setup. Can't decide? Send a photo of the room on WhatsApp and our Vizag team will suggest the best design for it.
