Balloon Decoration in Varanasi at Home - Birthdays & Family Functions

Balloon Decoration in Varanasi, From Sigra to Sarnath

At Giftlaya, we bring balloon decoration to homes all over Varanasi, from a birthday in a Mahmoorganj flat to an anniversary surprise in a Lanka house. You pick a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator arrives with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, builds the setup and takes the packing away. Varanasi setups start from ₹1,499, with material, labour and travel included, and two to three hours' notice is usually enough for a same-day visit.

What Makes Giftlaya the Right Choice in Varanasi

• Specialist decorators, who put up balloon setups every day and finish them neatly.
• People who know Banaras, including the lanes of the old city, so your slot starts on time.
• A price you can trust. The checkout total already accounts for tape, stands, lights, travel and labour. Pay it all online, or half for a home setup and the remainder after the decoration is up.
• Clean walls, quick fixes. We use paper tape only, and anything wrong reported within two hours of the setup is sorted.

Dev Deepawali, Ganga Aarti and the Ghat Area

Life in Varanasi moves with the ghats. Every evening, the Ganga Aarti draws crowds around Dashashwamedh, and on Dev Deepawali, when the ghats are lit with lakhs of diyas, vehicles are restricted across much of the old city. If you live near Godowlia, Chowk or the ghats, book a morning slot on those days, or decorate the day before. Many homes in the old city sit deep in the galis, where our decorator walks the last stretch with the material, so share a well-known landmark, such as a temple or ghat name, and keep your phone handy.

For homes on the BHU campus or in the BLW colony, arrange entry at the gate before the slot. Giftlaya can only begin once the decorator is inside, so sorting out entry early keeps your slot on time.

Book Today in Varanasi

A same-day setup is possible most days if you book two to three hours before the slot. We work from 9 AM to 11 PM, mostly in two-hour windows, and the last slot, 9 PM to 11 PM, is for a midnight birthday. Weekend evenings and the wedding months fill first.

Your Giftlaya Setup Day in Varanasi

Clear the wall, keep a chair for our decorator, or a ladder if the ceiling is above ten feet, and a plug point or extension cord near the wall; for a hotel room, speak to the hotel first. One decorator comes for most homes and two for a hall, and a setup takes 45 to 90 minutes. If a colour runs out, we check with you before starting. Afterwards, the balloons stay with you and the rented props are collected the next day.

Choose a design, date and slot, and pay online, in full or half for a home setup. Add a cake or flowers to the order, and WhatsApp us a room photo if you want our advice.
