Can you decorate at home for a mehndi function?
Yes. Home mehndi setups are our most-booked category. We work in living rooms, courtyards, terraces, and rooftops. The team adapts to your actual space and finishes before guests arrive
What is included in a mehndi decoration?
A standard setup includes a bride's seating platform, a floral or fabric backdrop, hanging marigold strings, fairy lights, guest seating with cushions, and styled photo corners. Premium setups add stage props, swings, jhumars, and themed accent corners.
How early should I book mehndi decoration?
Book 5 to 7 days in advance for home and small functions. For destination weddings, banquet halls, and combined haldi-mehndi packages, book 2 to 3 weeks ahead so the team can plan logistics, scout the venue, and source seasonal flowers.
Can I pick the colours and theme?
Yes. Choose any colour palette - traditional yellow-orange-fuschia, modern pastels, pink and gold, or a custom theme. Send a reference photo at booking and we'll build the setup around it.
Can you do haldi and mehndi decoration together?
Yes. Combined haldi-mehndi packages handle both functions on the same day. The team transitions the setup between the morning haldi and evening mehndi without you having to coordinate separate vendors. Browse our haldi decoration line for haldi-only options.

Once Booked the Candle Light Slot cannot be changed.
All Slots are Available on 1st Come 1st Serve Basis.
Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
Outside Food is Not allowed.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place.

Upon receiving your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle for better water absorption.

Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
