Balloon Decoration in Udaipur - Home, Villa & Lake-View Surprises

Balloon Decoration in Udaipur, the City of Lakes

Giftlaya offers the best balloon decoration in Udaipur for homes, villas and lake-view hotel rooms, set up by trained local decorators. A birthday in a Hiran Magri house, a baby's welcome in a Fatehpura flat or a proposal in a room overlooking Lake Pichola all start the same way: pick a design and a time slot online, and our decorator comes with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights. Udaipur setups start from ₹1,499 with material, labour and travel included, and a same-day visit is usually possible given two to three hours.

Why Udaipur Trusts Giftlaya

• Decorators with a practised eye, who build balloon setups every day and finish them cleanly.
• Local to Udaipur, from the old city to Bhuwana, Bedla and Titardi.
• A fixed checkout total. Tape, stands, lights, travel and labour are all counted in it. Pay it in full online, or pay 50% for a home setup and the rest once the decorator has finished.
• Nothing drilled, nothing glued. Paper tape holds every balloon, and a problem reported within two hours of the setup is fixed.

Lake-View Surprises and Hotel Rules in Udaipur

Udaipur is a favourite for proposals and anniversary trips, and a decorated room with a lake view is hard to beat. Hotels here have their own rules on outside decorators, and some prefer their in-house team, so check with the hotel before you book. If they agree, share the hotel name, the room number and a front desk contact, and pay the full amount online. A good time for the setup is while you are out on an evening boat ride on Lake Pichola or at the City Palace, so the room is ready when you return. Giftlaya's decorators work quickly and quietly, so the surprise holds.

For homes in Hiran Magri, give the sector number with your house number, since the area is laid out in numbered sectors.

Same-Day Setups Across Udaipur

Given two to three hours' notice, we can decorate on most days. Slots start at 9 AM, and the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the one for a surprise at midnight. Weekends in the wedding and holiday seasons fill up first.

Plan Your Udaipur Celebration With Giftlaya

Clear the wall, have a chair ready for our decorator, or a ladder if the ceiling is above ten feet, and a plug point or extension cord near the wall. One decorator comes for a home or hotel room and two for a villa or terrace, and the setup takes 45 to 90 minutes. If a colour is short on the day, we call you first. The balloons are yours to keep, and the rented props are picked up the next day.

Settle on a design, date and slot, then pay online, in full or 50% for a home setup. Add a cake or flowers to the same order, and WhatsApp us a photo of the space if you want a recommendation.
