From a birthday in a Gangapur Road flat to a dohale jevan in an Indira Nagar house, Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Nashik sets up the whole celebration at your place. Choose a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator comes with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, builds everything and clears the packing away. Nashik setups start from ₹1,499, with material, labour and travel included, and a booking made two to three hours ahead can usually be done the same day.

Why Nashik Chooses Giftlaya's Decorators

• Practised decorators, who put up balloon setups every day and pay attention to the small finishing touches.
• A decorator from your side of Nashik, whether that is College Road, Nashik Road or Panchavati.
• A fair, fixed price. Your checkout amount includes the tape, stands, lights, travel and labour. Pay it all online, or 50% for a home setup and the rest once it has been built.
• Tape, not nails, and a two-hour window. Balloons go up with paper tape, and any problem reported within two hours of the setup is fixed.

Ram Navami, Ganeshotsav and Kumbh Crowds in Panchavati

Panchavati and the Ramkund area are the heart of Nashik's festivals. On Ram Navami, crowds gather around the Kalaram temple, and during Ganeshotsav the visarjan processions head towards the Godavari; on those days, pick a morning slot if you live nearby. When the Simhastha Kumbh returns to Nashik, the old city and the ghats will be busier than ever, so plan any celebration there well ahead.

Nashik winters are cool and dry, ideal for an evening party on a terrace. For a birthday at a resort or farm stay near Gangapur Road or Trimbak Road, get the venue's permission first and share a contact there with us.

Same-Day Balloon Setups in Nashik

These are possible on most days with two to three hours' notice. Setups are booked in two-hour slots between 9 AM and 11 PM, with three-hour slots for the biggest designs. Book 9 PM to 11 PM for a midnight surprise, and reserve weekend evenings a few days early.

Book Your Nashik Balloon Setup

Before we arrive, clear the wall, keep a chair for the decorator, or a ladder for a ceiling over ten feet, and make sure an extension cord or plug point reaches the wall; hotel and resort rooms need permission from the venue. One decorator sets up most homes and two come for a resort or hall, taking 45 to 90 minutes depending on the design. If a colour is short, we phone you first. The balloons are yours afterwards, and our team picks up the rented props the next day; ease the paper tape off gently.

Choose a design, a date and a slot, and pay online in full or half for a home setup. Add a cake or flowers to the order, and WhatsApp us a photo of the room if you need help deciding.
