Balloon Decoration in Ludhiana at Home - Birthdays, Roka & More

Balloon Decoration in Ludhiana, Done at Your Home

From a first birthday in a BRS Nagar flat to a parents' 25th anniversary in a Model Town house, Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Ludhiana brings the whole setup to your door. Choose a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator arrives with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, builds everything on your wall and takes the packing away when done.

Ludhiana setups start from ₹1,499, with the material, labour and the decorator's travel all included. With two to three hours' notice, a same-day visit is usually possible.

Why Ludhiana Families Call Giftlaya for Balloon Decoration

• Decorators with steady hands. They build balloon setups every day, so backdrops stand straight, arches look full and every knot is tucked away.
• Someone from your side of the city. A decorator working near you takes your booking, whether you are in Dugri or out on Chandigarh Road, so the time goes into the work, not the traffic.
• No surprises on the bill. Tape, stands, lights, travel and setup are all inside the checkout total. Pay the whole amount online, or pay half for a home setup and give the rest to our team once the decoration is ready.
• Clean walls afterwards. Everything is fixed with paper tape, never with nails, glue or a drill.
• Problems sorted fast. Tell us within two hours of the setup if something is off, and we will put it right.

Roka, Mehndi and Bride Welcome Decoration at Home

A Punjabi wedding fills the house for days before the big day, and many of the best moments happen at home. For the roka, we build a backdrop with the couple's names where the families exchange shagun and take photos. For the mehndi, we go bright, with pink, yellow, green and orange balloons and space for the mehndi artists to sit. When the new bride arrives at her in-laws' home, a balloon arch at the door and a welcome board with her name make the first photos special, and later we can prepare a soft first night room.

Wedding weeks are busy for everyone, so book each function separately with its own date and slot, and give us the number of one family member who will be at home for all of them.

Silver and Golden Jubilee Anniversaries

In Ludhiana, a 25th or 50th wedding anniversary is often a full family party, planned in secret by the children. We build a backdrop in silver or gold with large 25 or 50 foil numbers, the couple's names and warm lights, and leave room around it for group photos with the whole family. If the party is a surprise, book a slot while your parents are out, perhaps at the gurdwara or visiting relatives, and give us the number of whoever is keeping them busy.

For parents who prefer a quiet evening, a small setup in the living room, with space on the table for their wedding photo, works just as well. Planning it from Canada or anywhere else abroad? Pay the full amount online, so no one at home is asked for the balance.

Can You Set Up Today in Ludhiana?

Most days, yes. Give us two to three hours between booking and your slot. Slots run from 9 AM to 11 PM, two hours long for most designs and three for the largest. A midnight birthday calls for the 9 PM to 11 PM slot. Weekend evenings and the wedding season fill up first, so book those early. Winter mornings in Punjab can be thick with fog, so for December and January bookings we suggest a slot after noon.

Where We Decorate in Ludhiana

Our decorators cover Sarabha Nagar, Model Town, Model Town Extension, BRS Nagar, Pakhowal Road, Dugri, Urban Estate, Ferozepur Road, Civil Lines, Ghumar Mandi, Kitchlu Nagar, Rajguru Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Aggar Nagar, Sunet, Rishi Nagar, Haibowal, Jawaddi, South City, Gill Road, Shimlapuri, Dhandari, Focal Point, Jamalpur and Chandigarh Road. With colony names that sound alike, like Model Town and Model Town Extension, write the block or phase and house number clearly, and add a landmark.

How Your Ludhiana Balloon Setup Works

Keep ready: a clear wall with the furniture moved aside, a chair for our decorator, or a ladder for a ceiling above ten feet, and a working plug point or extension cord near the wall. For a hotel room, the hotel's permission comes first.

While we decorate: one decorator comes for most homes and two for a hall or lawn. A simple wall is done in about 45 minutes and a full backdrop in up to 90. If a colour you picked has run out, our decorator phones you to agree a close match before starting, and shows you the result before leaving.

Once the party ends: the balloons stay with you, and our team picks up the rented stands and props the next day. Remove the paper tape slowly, and if a strip holds on, warm it with a hair dryer first.

Book Your Ludhiana Balloon Decoration Online

Choose your design, date and slot, then check out online with full payment or a 50% advance for a home setup. Our decorator calls before the day to confirm the colours, the wall and any name or number for the backdrop. Add a cake or flowers to the order and they come along with the setup. Still deciding? WhatsApp us a photo of your room and our Ludhiana team will point you to the right design.
