Kanwar Mela, Ganga Aarti and BHEL Ranipur

Haridwar's biggest crowds come with the Kanwar Mela in Sawan, usually in July, when huge numbers of kanwariyas arrive and many roads are closed or made one-way for about two weeks. If you can, avoid booking during the mela, or choose an early slot and allow plenty of time. Every evening, the Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri draws big crowds to the old city, so homes near the ghats are easier to reach earlier in the day. Giftlaya will call you if closures change the timing.

In the BHEL township at Ranipur, give the sector and quarter number, and in the SIDCUL housing, the block and flat number. For a mundan at the ghats followed by a family lunch at home, book a slot that finishes before you return.

Haridwar Bookings for Today

Two to three hours of notice usually gets you a same-day setup. We work from 9 AM to 11 PM, and the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the one for a midnight birthday. Weekends and festival days fill up fast.

Haridwar Areas We Serve

We decorate in Jwalapur, Kankhal, Ranipur, Shivalik Nagar, SIDCUL, Bahadrabad, Arya Nagar, Mayapur, Bhupatwala, Devpura, Govindpuri, Brahmpuri, Rishikul, Jagjeetpur, the Awas Vikas Colony and the Har Ki Pauri area. Share your sector or colony, house number and a landmark.

How to Book Your Haridwar Setup

Clear the wall, keep a chair for our decorator, or a ladder if the ceiling is over ten feet, and have a plug point or extension cord near the wall; for a hotel or dharamshala room, get the management's permission first. One decorator handles most homes and two a hall, taking 45 to 90 minutes. Should a colour run short, we phone you first. The balloons are yours, and our team collects the rented props the next day.

With Giftlaya, choose a design, date and slot, and pay online, in full or 50% for a home setup. Add a cake or flowers to the order, and WhatsApp us a photo of the room if you want our recommendation.
