Balloon Decoration in Gandhinagar at Home - Birthdays & Baby Functions

Balloon Decoration in Gandhinagar, From the Sectors to GIFT City

A birthday in a Sector 21 bungalow, a first birthday in a Kudasan tower, an anniversary surprise in a GIFT City flat: Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Gandhinagar brings the full setup to your home. Choose a design and a time slot on our website, and a trained decorator arrives with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, sets everything up and carries the packing away.

Gandhinagar setups start from ₹1,799, with the material, labour and travel included in the price. If you book two to three hours ahead, a same-day visit is usually possible.

Why Gandhinagar Homes Choose Giftlaya's Balloon Decorators

• Full-time decorators. Balloon setups are their daily work, so shapes are even, colours are balanced and the lights are hidden neatly.
• Someone close by. A decorator working in your part of the city takes your booking, whether you are in the old sectors or out towards Raysan and Koba.
• One total, nothing extra later. Tape, stands, lights, travel and labour sit inside the checkout amount. Pay the complete amount online, or pay half for a home setup and the remaining half after the decoration is in place.
• Walls kept clean. Balloons are fixed with paper tape, never with nails, glue or a drill.
• Problems fixed quickly. Tell us within two hours of the setup if anything is wrong, and we will sort it out.

Sectors, Ch and Gh Roads: Writing a Gandhinagar Address

Gandhinagar is laid out in numbered sectors, with main roads named after Gujarati letters, like Ch, Gh and K, and numbered from 0 to 7. Locals give directions by these, for example "near Ch-3 circle" or "behind Gh-4". In your order, write the sector, the plot or block number, and the nearest circle, and for government quarters add the quarter type and number.

For the newer towers in Kudasan, Sargasan, Raysan and GIFT City, add the tower or wing and the flat number, and tell the security desk that a decorator is on the way. GIFT City buildings check visitors at the entrance, so a quick call from you avoids a wait at the gate.

Celebrating Across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar

Many families live across the two cities, with parents in a Gandhinagar sector and children working in Ahmedabad, or the other way round. You can book from anywhere: just choose Gandhinagar as the city on our website for a Gandhinagar address, so the local team and the right city price apply. The drive between the two cities usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, so if you are coming over for the party, book a slot that finishes before you set out.

For a surprise for parents while you are away, pay the full amount online, so no one at home is asked for a balance, and give us the number of a neighbour or relative who can let our decorator in.

Book Today, Decorate Today in Gandhinagar

On most days, a same-day setup works. Just book two to three hours before your chosen slot. Slots run from 9 AM to 11 PM, in two-hour blocks for most designs and three-hour blocks for the largest. For a surprise at midnight, the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the right choice. During Navratri and the Diwali week, book a few days early.

Gandhinagar Sectors and Areas We Cover

We decorate homes in Sectors 1 to 30 and in Kudasan, Sargasan, Raysan, Randesan, Koba, Vavol, Pethapur, Infocity, Urjanagar and GIFT City. If your address sits near the Ahmedabad border and you are unsure which city to choose, WhatsApp us the location first.

On the Day of Your Setup

What to keep ready: a clear wall with furniture moved aside, a chair for our decorator, or a ladder if the ceiling is above ten feet, and a plug point or extension cord close to the wall. For a hotel room, please get the hotel's go-ahead before the slot.

During the setup: one decorator comes for most homes, and two for a garden or party plot. Plan on roughly 45 minutes for a wall and up to an hour and a half for a full backdrop. If a colour runs out that day, our decorator phones you to pick a close match before starting, and shows you the finished work before leaving.

After the party: the balloons stay with your family, and the rented stands and props are picked up the next day. Remove the paper tape slowly, warming any stubborn strip with a hair dryer.

Choose your design, date and slot, then pay online, either the full price or 50% for a home setup.
