Balloon Decoration in Cuttack at Home - Birthdays & Puja Parties

Balloon Decoration in Cuttack, the Millennium City

Giftlaya brings Cuttack its finest balloon decoration, designed online and built at home by trained local decorators. A birthday in a CDA sector flat, an annaprasana in a Tulasipur house or an anniversary surprise near Link Road: choose a design and a time slot, and our decorator arrives with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights. Prices start from ₹1,499 and include material, labour and travel, and a booking made two to three hours ahead can usually be done the same day.

Why Cuttack Chooses Giftlaya

• Balloon decorators by trade, who work on setups daily and leave a polished finish.
• Local across the city, from Madhupatna and Bidanasi to Jobra, Chauliaganj and the CDA sectors.
• Pricing in plain sight. The checkout total holds tape, stands, lights, travel and labour. Pay it whole online, or 50% for a home setup and the rest after it is finished.
• No damage, no delay. We fix balloons with paper tape only, and a problem you report within two hours of the setup is sorted.

Bali Jatra, Silver Pandals and CDA Sectors

Cuttack's calendar has two very busy stretches. At Durga Puja, the famous silver and gold pandals, such as the chandi medha at Choudhury Bazaar and Sheikh Bazaar, draw huge crowds every evening. Then, from Kartik Purnima, the Bali Jatra fills the Mahanadi bank at Gadagadia Ghat for about a week, one of the biggest open-air fairs in the country. If you live near either, choose a morning slot on those days, and Giftlaya will adjust the timing if the roads are packed.

For addresses, give the sector number in the CDA area, such as Sector 6 or Sector 9, and in the old city, name your sahi or bazaar and a well-known landmark, since the lanes can be narrow.

Same-Day Help in Cuttack

We can usually be at your door the same day if there are two to three hours before the slot. Slots open at 9 AM and close with 9 PM to 11 PM, the one to book for a midnight birthday. Puja weekends and wedding dates fill first.

Cuttack Areas We Cover

We decorate in the CDA sectors, Markat Nagar, Bidanasi, Tulasipur, Buxi Bazaar, Chandni Chowk, Mangalabag, College Square, Badambadi, Link Road, Jobra, Madhupatna, Chauliaganj, Nayabazar, Cantonment Road, Ranihat, Dolamundai, Sheikh Bazaar, Choudhury Bazaar, Mahanadi Vihar and Naya Sarak. Include your sector or sahi, house number and a landmark.

Book Your Cuttack Setup With Giftlaya

Have the wall bare, a chair ready for our decorator, or a ladder for a ceiling above ten feet, and a socket or extension cord within reach; a hotel room calls for the hotel's approval. We send one decorator for a typical home and two for a hall, and the job takes 45 to 90 minutes. Should a colour be unavailable, you hear from us before anything goes up. The balloons remain yours, and we come back for the rented frames and props the next day.

Choose a design, date and slot and complete the booking online, paying in full or half for a home setup. A cake or flowers can travel on the same order, and a photo of your room on WhatsApp gets you a quick recommendation.
