*We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 12 Mid Night on the given date*
1. Orders received till 4 pm IST will be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.
2. The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
3. Certain products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
4. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
5. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
6. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified colour) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.
7. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Strike/ Or any Other Circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
8. No change in instructions can be entertained before 1 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.
9. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
10. We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery
11. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
12. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Confirmation would be asked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs. It shall be assumed that she/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.
13. Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at care cancellation@giftlaya.com
15. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
Hotel
- Full address of the hotel.
- Room No.
- Telephone number of the hotel.
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
Hospital
- Full address of the hospital.
- Ward number or name.
- Home address of recipient with phone number.
14. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
15. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
For Midnight Deliveries
1. Delivery will be made between 9.30 pm to 12.00 Mid Night on mentioned / asked delivery date
2. We deliver on Sundays
3. Certain products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned.
4. The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
5. We will not entertain any complaint of any order beyond 7 (Seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.
General Disclaimers:
1. Giftlaya.com retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court of Calcutta, India only.
3. If Giftlaya is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
4. Giftlaya has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Giftlaya or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site.
5. Authenticity of information & interest of making payments.
- The customer promises that the information provided to Giftlaya is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
- The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Giftlaya and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them Giftlaya may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
Valentine's Day Disclaimer
The prices shown may change without prior notice due to Valentine's rush. Pre-book your orders to enjoy attractive rates. In order to help service your orders in the best possible way, we request you to provide the correct address and contact details (phone number and email address) of the recipient.
If you wish we do not contact the recipient, please call our Customer Care at +91-74509 60060 and notify them about the same.
Due to a huge rush in orders during Valentine, the delivery status confirmation by email and SMS may arrive a little later. Our team works very hard to let you know that your order is delivered as soon as we can.

While we make best efforts to ensure we deliver your orders as soon as possible, due to huge rush during the Valentine week, we do not offer any fixed time guarantee. Orders are processed on first come first serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions.

For Midnight Delivery orders, please note that the order will be delivered between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.
