Cancellation and Return

1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 24-hour delivery window starts.
2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request" and sent to cancellation@giftlaya.com shall contain the following details:-

4. b. Cancellation Reason.
5. Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at cancellation@giftlaya.com  and the amount will be credited to the same account from where it has been deducted it will take 7 to 10 days.
6. Refund shall be made under the following conditions:
7. a. Order was canceled.
8. b. Order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case of unfounded recipient )
9. c. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
10. A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.
11. In case of Cancellation, a 20% charge will be applicable if canceled within 24 hours of Delivery. 
12. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for a refund.
13. Any extra amount credited to the Giftlaya account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
14. In all matters concerning Cancellation Giftlaya shall have the deciding hand.
15. Giftlaya may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Cancellation Policy for Decoration Packages

Booking Policy –

1. Please Try to Book us before 7-10 Days of the Event as our slots may get full for that day. But we also take last-minute Bookings Up to 12 hours before the event if the slot is available. Confirm your last minute booking on our Phone No. 9088831541

Cancellation Policy -

1. If cancellations are made -
2. Less than 24 hours before an Event: Cancellation with no amount of refund
3. 24 hours to 72 hours before an Event: Rs.1000 or 50% whichever is Lower
4. 3-7 Days before an Event: Rs.500 Flat Cancelation Charges
5. Before 7 Days of Event: No Cancellation charge
6. In case of a Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/canceled/rescheduled.
7. No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages, 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
8. For Room& Decoration Packages or Candle Light Packages, 50% will be deducted anytime you cancel the packages. For Some Packages, No Money will be refunded after the Booking.

Reschedule Policy

1. Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling (Rescheduling Only in Certain Cases)
2. 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
3. 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
4. No Rescheduling is possible for experiences booked for the 13th and 14th of February or the 25th and 31st of December or any other special days for Special Packages.

Other Info

1. Cake and Bouquet cannot be canceled on the same day of your experience.
2. For Hotel Stays only 18+ Age is Allowed for Guests. Only 2 People are allowed in the Hotel Room.
3. Our working days/hours are Monday to Saturday (11 am - 7 pm). Sunday our office is closed.
