Full backdrops, name reveal and barsa setups cost ₹5,499 to ₹5,999, customised and stage backdrops ₹8,499 to ₹12,999, and traditional floral and marigold setups ₹14,999 to ₹17,999. Every price includes the material, the decorator's visit, the setup and the clean-up.

Build the setup around the seat where the naming happens: a backdrop on the wall behind it, the cradle or the parents' chair in front, and two or three feet of clear floor for the aasan, the thali and the elders. A pastel arch or balloon wall with the baby's name in the centre is enough for a home ceremony. Keep the cake table to one side so both sets of photos share the same background.

Yes. The name reveal designs build the backdrop with a covered panel, curtain or board that is opened at the moment the name is whispered, so guests read it together. Share the name with the decorator on the confirmation call and it stays between you until then. A separate name reveal board that the family can sign is also available.

Yes. A North Indian namkaran gets a backdrop with a decorated cradle corner; a Maharashtrian barsa is built around the decorated cradle where the aunt whispers the name; and the traditional designs use marigold and jasmine strings, banana leaves and a floral seat instead of balloons. Tell us which ceremony you are holding and the setup is planned around its rituals.

For a girl, blush pink, peach and lavender with butterflies or florals; for a boy, blue and white, sage green or gold and white with stars or clouds. Gold-and-white and pastel rainbow backdrops suit either. Any design can be made in your colours, with the name in foil or LED letters.

Everything shown in the design photo: the backdrop or arch, balloons or fresh flowers, the baby's name in letters, the cradle or seat decoration where pictured, fairy lights, damage-free tape, the decorator's travel, the setup and the clean-up. A matching naming ceremony cake and flowers for the seat can be added to the same order.

For balloon and arch designs, usually yes, in most of our 68 cities with three to four hours' notice. Customised backdrops need two to three days because the name is printed into the artwork, and traditional floral setups need a day for fresh flowers. Choose a slot that ends at least an hour before the muhurat.

Put the venue's entry time and any no-drilling rule in the order notes and the decorator builds a freestanding setup. Stage setups take two to three hours.
