Care Info
- To prevent damage, handle the decorations with care. Balloons can easily pop, so be cautious when handling them.
- Keep the decorations out of direct sunlight, since long-term exposure can cause balloons to deflate and colors fade.
- Keep balloons away from children since uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
- We will use paper tape to hang the balloons.
- We don’t provide helium balloons due to its asphyxiation properties.
- Remove the paper tape as soon as the event ends. If the paper tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air onto the tape to avoid further harm.
- Provide a chair to reach the ceiling for hanging balloons. If the ceiling is higher than 10 feet, a ladder will be required for installation. Client need to provide a chair or a ladder, whichever is required for decoration.
- Keep in mind that certain decorations are rented for your event and must be returned afterward. Any damage caused will result in a fine.
- Kindly make sure that the space selected for balloon decorations has an easily accessible electric point nearby. The client needs to provide extension cords .
- • All decorations, except for the balloons, will be taken back the next day.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
- 24-72 hours before the event: No Refund will be there
- 3-7 days before the event: ₹500 flat cancellation fee.
- More than 7 days before the event: No cancellation fee.
- Refunds will not be issued if the receiver denies accepting the order.
- No cancellations or refunds for events on 13th-14th Feb, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, and 1st Jan (Valentine's, Christmas, New Year’s).

1. How far in advance should I book the decoration service?
We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance to ensure availability. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
2.Can I request customization in the decoration?
Yes, we offer customization options. Please discuss your specific requirements with our team while placing your order.
3. Do you provide decoration services for hotel rooms?
Yes, we can decorate hotel rooms, but you must secure permission from the hotel before we proceed.
4. What if I want to reschedule or cancel my booking?
Rescheduling is allowed if informed 5 hours before the setup begins. Once the decoration is underway, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.
5. Do I need to provide any tools for the setup?
We may require a stool or ladder to reach higher areas, especially for ceiling decorations. With stool or ladder , please also provide extension cords and power points.
6. What if there’s an issue with the decoration after it's completed?
Any complaints must be raised within 2 hours of the completion of the decoration for us to take appropriate action.
7. Can the decoration be delivered along with other products like flowers or cakes?
Yes , definitely you can add any items with the decoration from our "Add-on" option , while booking any decoration services.
