You book a slot when your partner or the birthday person will be out for two to three hours, leave the key with a family member or the security desk, and the decorator builds the room in one to two hours, clears the packaging and leaves the lights on. Yes. The Oyo Room Decoration is built for hotel rooms: everything is freestanding or fixed with damage-free tape, the candles are LED and the setup is finished before check-in. Book the room first, confirm with the property that an outside decorator is allowed, then share the booking name, the room number and the check-in time, and the decorator coordinates with the front desk.

No. Balloons and foil letters go up with damage-free tape, fairy lights hang from hooks that peel off cleanly, cabana and canopy frames are freestanding, and nothing is drilled or nailed. The candles are LED, so they are safe to leave on through the evening and are accepted in hotels that ban open flames.

In most of our 68 cities, yes. Balloon and petal setups can be booked the same day with three to four hours' notice, in two-hour slots from 9 AM to 11 PM. For a midnight birthday surprise, book the 9 PM to 11 PM slot and the room is ready as the date changes. Fresh-flower designs need a day's notice, and cabana and canopy designs are best booked a day ahead.

Yes. Every design can be made in your colours, and the banner or foil letters carry the name, the age, the anniversary number or a message such as I Love You. Mention the exact spelling, the colours and anything the person dislikes in the order notes, and the decorator confirms it on the call.
