How much does room decoration cost in India?
Room decoration starts at ₹1,499 for a simple balloon and banner setup. Romantic and anniversary packages start at ₹1,999. Themed kids' room decoration starts at ₹2,499. Hotel and OYO room setups start at ₹2,999. Premium proposal and Marry Me setups begin at ₹5,999. Most home and hotel bookings fall between ₹1,999 and ₹3,500.
Can I book room decoration in a hotel or OYO?
Yes. Hotel and OYO room decoration is available across most major chains (Taj, ITC, Marriott, Radisson, Hyatt, Lemon Tree) and budget networks (OYO, Treebo, FabHotel) in 30+ cities. The team coordinates with the front desk for access while your partner is away from the room.
Is same-day room decoration available?
Yes, in most cities. Morning bookings for evening setups are widely accommodated. For midnight surprises, book before 8 PM the same day to lock the slot.
Will the decoration damage the walls or hotel room?
No. Wall-safe paper tape and removable adhesives are used throughout. Furniture isn't moved beyond your approval, and all packaging is cleared before the team leaves. Hotels see no trace beyond the decoration itself.
What's included in a romantic room decoration?
A standard romantic setup includes a balloon arrangement in soft colours, a foil banner or LED message, fairy lights, rose petals on the bed and floor, candles for ambient lighting, and a small dressed corner for cake or gifts. Premium versions add photo walls, custom name lettering, and "Marry Me" or anniversary signage.
How do you keep the surprise hidden?
For home setups, the team arrives when your partner is out (work, gym, dinner) and completes setup before they return. For hotel rooms, we coordinate with the front desk for access while your partner is away. WhatsApp coordination only goes to the booking person, and our vehicles aren't branded.

Once Booked the Candle Light Slot cannot be changed.
All Slots are Available on 1st Come 1st Serve Basis.
Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
Outside Food is Not allowed.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place.

Upon receiving your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle for better water absorption.
Regularly remove any dead or wilting leaves and stems to maintain freshness.
Refresh the water every 1-2 days to prevent bacterial growth.
Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
