Yes, in most of our cities. Same-day setups need three to four hours' notice and can be booked in two-hour slots from 9 AM to 11 PM. Share your expected arrival time and the decorator plans backwards from it. If the hospital delays the discharge, message us and the slot moves at no extra cost.

Yes, with the usual care. Our decorators use good-quality, non-toxic balloons and damage-free tape, and keep the setup out of the baby's sleeping area. Never put balloons in the cot, and pick up any burst pieces straight away, as you would with any balloons around an infant. If you would rather avoid balloons entirely, the fresh-flower welcome designs are a good alternative.

For a baby girl, pink, peach and blush with butterflies or florals are the most-booked. For a baby boy, blue, white and silver with stars, clouds or a hot-air balloon theme. If you are not announcing the gender, or simply prefer it, neutral pastels such as sage, lavender, mint and cream photograph beautifully and suit either. Any design can be made in your colours.
