Cancellation Policy
- For regular flower orders, a minimum of 2-day prior notice is required for cancellations. For large or special flower, a minimum of 4-days prior notice is required. No refunds will be issued once the 24-hour delivery window begins.
- To request a cancellation, send an email to cancellation@giftlaya.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”, including: order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed and credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds are applicable in the following cases: If the order was cancelled on time / The order was not delivered (except when the recipient is unavailable) or valid product quality complaints, following verification, will result in either a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are only granted in cases of service failure and are subject to management's evaluation. The refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid.
