Yes. Choose the midnight slot at checkout and the roses arrive as the date changes, for a birthday, an anniversary or Valentine's Day. Order at least two to four hours before the slot, depending on the city, and give the recipient's number so the delivery partner can call at the door. Midnight slots on Rose Day and Valentine's Day fill days ahead, so book early.

Five to seven days with basic care. Take the bouquet out of the wrap, cut the stems at an angle, strip the leaves below the water line and put the roses in clean water straight away. Keep the vase out of direct sun and away from fruit, change the water every day or two, and peel off the outer guard petals if they brown before the bloom does.
