Can I customize the gift hamper?
Yes. Most hampers can be customized with the recipient's name on a personalized item (mug, frame, wooden box engraving), an added photo, or specific chocolates and items based on dietary preferences. Mention preferences at booking - personalized hampers need 4 to 6 hours of lead time.
What's the cheapest gift hamper available?
Simple chocolate + mug hampers start at ₹699. Mixed treat hampers start at ₹999. Most casual gifting bookings fall between ₹999 and ₹1,499.
Which hamper is best for Diwali or Rakhi?
For Diwali, hampers combining chocolates, dry fruits, traditional sweets, candles, and a small festive item work best. For Rakhi, the hamper includes the Rakhi itself plus chocolates, dry fruits, and a personalized gift. Book 5 to 7 days in advance during peak festive weeks.
Do you do corporate or bulk gift hampers?
Yes. Corporate hampers come with custom branding (company logo on the wooden box), premium chocolates and dry fruits, personalized desk accessories, and bulk pricing. Contact our corporate team for bulk orders, branded packaging, and dedicated account management.

Once Booked the Candle Light Slot cannot be changed.
All Slots are Available on 1st Come 1st Serve Basis.
Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
Outside Food is Not allowed.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place.
