Do you offer same-day or midnight delivery for combos?
It is recommended to place your order at least 2-3 days before the event. However, we do provide same-day delivery for those last-minute surprises.
Can I customize my gift combo?
Yes! Some of our gift combos offer customization options. You can add a personalized message or sometimes adjust the components. Look for customization options on the product page or get in touch with our customer support for further assistance.

Do the combos come gift-wrapped or include a personalized note?
Yes, every gift combo is beautifully packaged and gift-wrapped. You also have the option to include a personalized message during checkout, making your gift extra special for the recipient.
Can I customise a combo (change cake flavour or flowers)?
On most products you can switch flavours or upgrade to a different rose bouquet or vase. Options appear on the product page.

Once Booked the Candle Light Slot cannot be changed.
All Slots are Available on 1st Come 1st Serve Basis.
Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
Outside Food is Not allowed.
Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place.

Place your flowers in a vase or pot filled with clean water to keep them hydrated.
Upon receiving your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle for better water absorption.
Regularly remove any dead or wilting leaves and stems to maintain freshness.
Refresh the water every 1-2 days to prevent bacterial growth.
Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
