Balloon Decoration in Rajkot, Right at Home

A birthday in a Kalawad Road flat, a Simant in a University Road bungalow, an anniversary surprise in a Raiya Road society: Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Rajkot brings the whole setup to you. Pick a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator arrives with the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, sets everything up and takes the packing away. Rajkot setups start from ₹1,499, with the material, labour and travel included, and two to three hours' notice is usually enough to decorate the same day.

Lok Mela, Navratri and Rajkot's Afternoon Rest

Rajkot knows how to celebrate. During the Janmashtami Lok Mela at the Race Course ground, the roads around Race Course, Yagnik Road and the city centre are packed for several days, so choose a morning slot, or a day outside the fair, if you live nearby. In Navratri, the big garba grounds fill the evenings, and weekend slots that week go fast.

Many Rajkot households also take a quiet rest after lunch, so if you are planning a surprise at home, a morning or evening slot keeps the house calm and the secret safe.

Same-Day Balloon Decoration in Rajkot

We can usually do it with two to three hours' notice. Slots run from 9 AM to 11 PM, mostly in two-hour windows, and the 9 PM to 11 PM slot is for a midnight birthday. Weekend evenings are the first to go.

Booking and Setup Day in Rajkot

Clear the wall, keep a chair for our decorator, or a ladder if your ceiling is above ten feet, and check that a plug point or extension cord is near; for a hotel room, ask the hotel before booking. Most homes need one decorator and a party plot or hall needs two; a wall takes around 45 minutes and a full backdrop up to 90. If a colour is out of stock, we call you before starting. The balloons stay with you, and the rented props go back with our team the next day.

Choose a design, a date and a slot, and pay online, in full or 50% for a home setup. Add a cake or flowers to the same order, and WhatsApp us a photo of the room if you would like our Rajkot team to suggest a design.
