Gwalior Mela, Tansen Samaroh and Winter Evenings

Winter is Gwalior's busiest season. The Gwalior Trade Fair, held at the mela ground from late December into February, draws huge crowds, and the roads around the mela ground and Race Course Road get slow in the evenings. In December, the Tansen Samaroh brings music lovers to Hazira. If you live near either, choose a morning slot on weekends.

Gwalior winters are cold, with fog on many mornings, so keep room heaters away from the balloons and allow extra time early in the day; Giftlaya's decorators will call ahead if fog slows them down. In May and June, the heat is intense, so keep the setup indoors.

Same-Day Balloon Decoration in Gwalior

Book two to three hours before your slot and a same-day setup is usually possible. Slots run from 9 AM to 11 PM, and the final one, 9 PM to 11 PM, is right for a birthday at midnight. Weekends during the fair and the wedding season fill up first.

Giftlaya Booking Steps for Gwalior

Clear the wall, place a chair for our decorator, or a ladder for a ceiling taller than ten feet, and have a power socket or extension cord near the wall; hotel rooms need the hotel's clearance. One decorator covers most homes and two a hall or lawn, over 45 to 90 minutes. If a colour is out of stock, you will get a call first. Keep the balloons afterwards; our team comes back for the rented frames and props the next day.

Select the design, date and slot, and complete the payment online, in full or 50% for a home setup. Put a cake or flowers on the same order, and WhatsApp us a picture of the room for a recommendation.
