Balloon Decoration in Amritsar - Home & Hotel Room Surprises

Balloon Decoration in Amritsar for Homes and Hotel Rooms

A birthday surprise in a Ranjit Avenue home, a baby's welcome in a Green Avenue flat, an anniversary setup in a hotel room for a couple visiting the Golden Temple: Giftlaya's balloon decoration service in Amritsar covers all of them. You choose a design and a time slot online, and a trained decorator brings the balloons, backdrop, stands and lights, sets everything up and clears the packing before leaving.

Setups in Amritsar start from ₹1,499, with material, labour and travel included. Book two to three hours in advance and a same-day setup is usually possible.

Why Amritsar Books Giftlaya's Balloon Decorators

• Specialists in balloon work. Balloon setups are their everyday job, so the colours are balanced, the shapes are tight and the finish looks clean in photos.
• Local teams. Your booking goes to a decorator who works near you, so a home on Majitha Road or a hotel near the Golden Temple gets someone who knows the way.
• One price, two ways to pay. The checkout total includes tape, stands, lights, travel and labour. Pay it in full online, or, on most designs, pay half now and the remainder after the decorator finishes.
• Nothing nailed or glued. We fix balloons with paper tape alone, which matters in a hotel room as much as at home.
• Two hours to report a problem. If anything is wrong, call us within two hours of the setup and we will fix it.

Amritsar Balloon Decoration Prices

The size of the setup sets the price:

• ₹1,499 to ₹2,000: a balloon wall in two colours and a banner, ideal for a hotel room or a small home party.
• ₹2,000 to ₹3,000: a full photo backdrop with a ring or sequin panel, foil letters and lights.
• ₹3,000 to ₹4,500: kids' themes and bigger arches.
• ₹4,500 to ₹7,000: milestone birthdays and anniversaries with props and extra lights.
• ₹7,000 and above: hall, lawn and made-to-order designs, up to our largest setups.

Besides a small convenience fee at checkout, there is nothing to add, and the decorator's visit is free.

Surprise Decoration in Your Amritsar Hotel Room

Amritsar welcomes visitors all year, and many couples and families mark a birthday or anniversary during their trip. We can decorate your hotel room while you are out, and a little planning makes it work. First, ask the hotel for permission and tell the front desk that our decorator is coming. Share the hotel name, the room number and a front desk contact in the order notes. Then pick a slot for when you are away, for example during the evening Beating Retreat at the Attari-Wagah border or a visit to the Golden Temple, so the room is ready when you walk back in.

For a hotel booking, pay the full amount online, so nobody has to settle a balance at the hotel, and ask housekeeping not to tidy the room before you return.

Gurpurab, Diwali and Old City Timing in Amritsar

The walled city around the Golden Temple gets very busy on Gurpurab, on Bandi Chhor Divas at Diwali and on Baisakhi, with some roads closed to traffic. If you live or stay in the old city, around Hall Bazaar, Katra Jaimal Singh or the heritage street, choose a morning slot on those days, or book the day before. Much of the area near the temple is walk-only, so our decorator may park at the nearest point and carry the material in; a phone call to guide them saves time.

In peak winter, fog can delay morning travel across the city, and in peak summer the setup belongs indoors, well away from sunny windows.

Same-Day and Midnight Surprises in Amritsar

Yes, most days. Place the order two to three hours or more before the slot. Slots run between 9 AM and 11 PM, in two-hour blocks for most designs and three-hour blocks for the biggest. The 9 PM to 11 PM slot is the one for a surprise at midnight. Weekend evenings and the wedding season fill first, so book those in advance.

What to Expect on Setup Day

What we need from you: a clear wall, a chair for the decorator, or a ladder if the ceiling is above ten feet, and a plug point or an extension cord within reach of the wall.

During the visit: one decorator handles a home or hotel room, and two come for a hall or lawn. Most walls take about 45 minutes, and a full backdrop up to an hour and a half. If a colour is out of stock that day, you get a call to choose the nearest one before work begins, and you see the finished setup before the decorator leaves.

Next day: keep the balloons, and our team returns for the rented frames and props. Lift the paper tape off slowly; a little warm air from a hair dryer frees any stubborn strip.

Book Balloon Decoration in Amritsar

Choose a design, a date and a slot, and pay online, in full or with a 50% advance on most home designs. A day or two before, our decorator phones to go over the colours, the wall and the name or age for the backdrop. Add a cake or flowers to the same order so they arrive with the setup. Can't pick a design? Share a photo of the space on WhatsApp and our Amritsar team will recommend the best fit.
