• Professional Golf Coaching can be booked at additional charges
• The advance amount is non refundable and non transferable. If you cancel the booking for any reason the token amount have to be forfeited. If you wish to cancel it or postpone it you will have to make a fresh Booking.
• In case of unexpected rain and storm the booking can’t be cancelled but can be postponed to another date.

• Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
• The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
• It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
• Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
• Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
• Outside Food is Not allowed.
• Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
• Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
