• Candle Light Packages are Non Refundable and no amount will be Refunded after Booking Confirmation.
• The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event.
• It is Advisable to First Call us before Booking to check the availability of Candle Light Time Slot.
• Pick and Drop Facility Not available for any packages.
• Photographer is Not Allowed and No Extra person is allowed except the couple.
• Outside Food is Not allowed.
• Cancellation Due to Natural Calamities like Flood, Earthquake etc is non Refundable.
• Giftlaya Reserves the Right to cancel booking due to any unforeseen reason and only responsible for 100% Refund of total amount paid and no extra compensation.
• Due to rain or any other calamities the Restaurant can shift the dinner to Indoor / any other place
